I went to this pharmacy a couple of times now I will never go there again. Rude people have an arrogant way of responding that induces even the calmest and most calm people to verbally clash, in addition to biblical times, very slow in disposing of customers. Not recommended from all points of view. We have many pharmacies in the area where people welcome you with a smile. The business is done by the customer, I pay and I go where I feel treated like one and I don't have to feel obligated, rather you are the one with the customer who brings you the money and allows you a nice comfortable standard of living.

It is no longer the Carbonaro pharmacy that we knew until ten/fifteen years ago. The staff are rude and some are even incompetent. They never have the products/medicines, which always have to be sent for collection. They always offer you equivalent drugs, even if they don't get a percentage of the product. They repeatedly made mistakes in delivering the right medication. In short, given the wide range of pharmacies in the area, I wouldn't be surprised if they closed soon.

Very large and well-organised pharmacy, the numerous and professional staff are always attentive to user needs. The employees in the Pharmacy department, despite the constant influx of people, manage to serve everyone in a short time, always giving everyone courtesy and attention for any special requests. My very elderly aunt, with a serious hallux valgus problem on both feet, also found some special and comfortable shoes, thanks to the patient help of a young employee who, always cute and with a smile on her face, demonstrated infinite patience in listening to her and finding the solution to her problem. And he found it!!! Which is really not easy. In the meantime, the drugs she needed were searched for and made available to my aunt. All of this is simply amazing!!! I was really positively impressed and sincerely grateful and I will certainly return to make my purchases at this pharmacy. Thank you!

The pharmacy is large and spacious, but the system introduced a few years ago to deliver medicines creates confusion and greatly increases waiting times. It still remains one of the oldest pharmacies in our city. Unfortunately their prices are among the highest.

They give more importance to the trade of other products (clothing, perfumery, cosmetics, toys, etc...) and less to health. They are rude and do not allow the disposal of expired drugs.
