Mostly busy but staff is helping and they are available on call. I mostly check for medicine on call then go to pick if available just to save time

I go to the pharmacy to pick up an urgent medication on my doctor's prescription and treatment plan uploaded in my health record. The prescription lists the type of drug and quantities. The pharmacist tells me that she can't give me the medicine because she wants the treatment plan on paper. I explain that I can show you what is stored in my health file, which contains all the necessary documentation. He won't release it to me. I point out to the pharmacist that this has never happened to me in other pharmacies; he replies: go to other pharmacies. This is certain. Now and forever. Bad experience, bad service, bad way of doing things.

I asked for information a few weeks ago for a product....I give 5 stars for the courtesy which nowadays is not so easy to find

I can't say anything about the courtesy, very kind.... but ABSOLUTELY dishonest. Sunday evening I realized I had finished a drug, I went to the pharmacy with a doctor, then they gave me the drug, obviously for a fee, telling me to bring the prescription. The next morning I handed in the prescription for a MUTUALABLE drug, with a prescription from the NHS. NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, they didn't even mention it. I didn't know that they would have to give me money back with the recipe..... I found out later. This is to say that I am not the daughter of 23 euros but they are DISHONEST. And it's right to let it be known. That's why there were 20 people waiting at the other night pharmacy while only 2 at theirs.
