I hate doing things like this, but my experience is totally negative. I have herniated disc problems and I ordered a medicine from them. Not being able to count on others, I had to go and collect it myself with considerable difficulty in remaining upright without pain and in the queue. When I collected the product, ordered the day before by telephone, they told me that it had been sold. I am speechless

In this pharmacy I believe that the pharmacist doctor is very good and scrupulous in carrying out the covid test. Having needed it both I and my family were satisfied, it is the best in the San Teodoro area. The only thing that unfortunately I do not agree with is having the parapharmacy, cosmetics and baby parts in the nearby shop. I would recommend combining everything because I need to see and evaluate the products during my purchase. This stops me and I avoid asking and in the end I went elsewhere. All the rest is fine.

My experience in this pharmacy is always negative, I only frequent it when forced by the closure for holidays of the one closest to them and certainly most reliable. The queues at the counter are exhausting and very long (when it's the only one on duty). Medicines often need to be ordered and therefore need to be reviewed. Everyone complains about it. Too bad, the doctors at the sales desk are kind and do what they can to fill the gaps in the management of a slow and listless doctor who seems to live three meters above hell (in the summer obviously you die from the heat waiting to be served) of his pharmacy!

Always had a great time, very friendly and helpful staff. Too bad there's always a queue

Unfortunately, despite the kind doctors at the counter who do what they can, the owner who is slow and listless and not at all kind, makes going to this pharmacy a negative experience.
