I'm giving one star because 0 isn't possible. I went to this place for the first time today to do a favor for an acquaintance of mine, who tested positive for Covid, to collect his 'shopping'. I was welcomed by a pharmacist of medium height, young, with the air of a mediocre professor.... as soon as I introduced myself on behalf of their client, he started an indescribable tirade from the top of the pedestal, offended because THEIR client he had taken the liberty of ordering the list of things needed via telephone.... exact words: It's a debasement of the profession, we are doctors, not Conad clerks! I'm speechless!!!!!...ah, I paid €108 This attitude demonstrates first of all lack of education (ambassador doesn't bring punishment) and lack of professionalism (if you don't carry out the service you say no a priori, then if you feel upset go get an hour of fresh air). My humble opinion.....I don't know about the others who work in the pharmacy...but this guy publicly insults the medical profession.....for me first of all you have to be a doctor, a doctor for me has another meaning.. ... and anyway the clerks at Conad and Acqua&Sapone were far more courteous, they deserve all my respect!!!! I will never set foot here again....that's for sure!
