Doctor Federica is an exquisite and helpful person, but when she is not there the staff does not know how to behave, especially the younger girl... being one of their clients and having an emergency I asked for kindness knowing that I could receive a no and so it was, so much so that I didn't discuss the issue, but if I'm asked questions from the other side it's obvious that out of politeness I'll answer. Education that this girl who is not only younger than me did not have, disrespecting me and starting to get angry with me as well as speaking rudely, with me only answering her questions and who, moreover, was not only a customer but I am older of her and had no respect. She tried to argue that I didn't accept no when I pointed out that she didn't know how to do her job since you don't address a customer like that, and instead I highlighted her questions and my answers pointing out instead that I wasn't arguing about the no of which I was aware but about the ways she was having with me. Some people, if they are not in contact with the public, should change jobs and I hope that the doctor who owns the pharmacy, being made aware, will take action against this girl. However, it is not a place that I recommend as a first choice of pharmacy.

Always friendly staff and always well-stocked pharmacy

The doctor must change profession with all her heart, and I won't say anything else. Things can be explained... even after when I called the pharmacy the lady hung up on me, not letting me speak. Then he called me rude just because I asked for info about it!!! And I find it useless to then apologize to my girlfriend...you learn not to point the finger right away, because I'm rude if I really have to, I know how to do it and do it well 😉 Until we meet again .

I have been a customer for many years, always found well, competent staff who work in compliance with the rules, the doctor who has been working in this pharmacy for several years is always kind and ready to give advice but even the latest arrivals are no different.

Very friendly staff and they advise you very well. I have been going to this pharmacy for years and I am very happy with it.
