I don't understand the negative reviews. Helpful and trained staff. The pharmacy is well-stocked and has a laboratory which, in addition to guaranteeing the practically immediate preparation of any prescription, offers numerous solutions that are more economically accessible to the products found on the market such as supplements... and for which you now pay more for the brand name than other. Competent, helpful and prepared pharmacist. I never have any problems and I have been going to this pharmacy for years, which I have always praised for its availability, courtesy and for always being close to patients.

I note that I wasn't the only one who had problems with this rude old pharmacist... I'll tell you a little... I had left a prescription at the pharmacy to prepare a product in their laboratory, they also asked for a €20 deposit. After two weeks I go to them because I still hadn't received the message to collect the product... I get there and they tell me that the recipe can't be found and maybe it was lost... OK.... never mind, it can happen. Second day they send me the message that the product is ready. When I got there, this lady gave me another product, much more expensive, with the treatment for two months instead of one month, telling me that my dermatologist changed my treatment... which wasn't true. I immediately contacted my doctor, advising me not to take what the pharmacist gives me. And now I'm wondering how something like this is possible??! But this lady, a pharmacist... if we can call her that... is putting our health at risk??! He should be ashamed of his behavior!

I confirm from personal experience what is reported in many other reviews: terrible pharmacy. The staff, especially the older lady, is rude and incorrect. The prices of over-the-counter products (such as tablets and sweets) are completely arbitrary and sometimes almost double those on the market, for no reason and without this being justified or specified. The interest in health and pharmacology is zero, the only interest is in making profit, even in an dishonest way. Not recommended.
