Tonight I went with my 7 year old son with a high fever to take a strep test and we were REFUSED (the excuse because it is too late). Bad experience

As for the pharmacy, it is well stocked and well organised. Even the assortment of medicines, if they are not there, can be ordered and found very quickly. While as regards the Cup service in this period it is faulty because the system does not work due to the registration of the swabs so it is not possible to book, pay for the services or have the green pass downloaded. I would kindly ask the pharmacy if they could put a sign at the entrance saying that the Cup service is not currently working. This avoids queues, unnecessary overcrowding and waste of time for pharmacists and customers. Thank you

I've been trying to contact this pharmacy by phone for days and no one ever answers. I am used to those in Florence who, although always overloaded, find the time to provide telephone assistance. I had a good opinion of this pharmacy, in particular the opening hours and the assortment. Unfortunately I have to think again about customer service: someone might need a quick contact and there is no email address nor is it possible to speak to someone by phone.

Excellent pharmacy and excellent services although in my opinion a few years ago it was even better, however always open even on holidays. Recommended

Wrong opening hours on the Internet. At the counter there was a pharmacist who was decidedly unwilling to give explanations about drugs that we didn't know about insulin. Given the drug but not the syringes. The drug is therefore unusable. There is a lot to improve on courtesy and the ability to listen to the customer. I went on Saturday afternoon around 7pm.
