I'm disconcerted... I had read a review from a customer who showed up at the pharmacy and met a doctor on a Sunday overzealous in selling over-the-counter products... and I didn't believe it. Something similar happened to me today. I received a really painful ear infection yesterday afternoon - which unfortunately I usually suffer from and which I treat in the acute phase with antibiotics -, and my doctor in Milan - who out of pure courtesy responded to me from abroad where he is now on holiday - he advised me to buy azithromycin as always, I shouldn't be sent to the emergency medical service for the prescription... It's a question of sensitivity and attention. The rules must also be interpreted with common sense but this is certainly my opinion, questionable. Among other things, this pharmacist also had the opportunity to object to the choice of drug... I am speechless
Pharmacy provided. A little more "enthusiasm" on the requests and clear answers would have been appreciated. However, being a necessary place, I succumb to how it all unfolded
Well-stocked pharmacy, with the convenience of staying open until 10.30pm Competent and friendly staff. There is always a bit of a queue, everything is well organized by the number dispenser like in supermarket delicatessens 😁
