I asked for 0.4g follic acid for a pregnant woman, & the employees didn't know that folidex 0.4g existed, instead they gave me 5g follic acid. as well as a voice from afar saying that the recipe is also needed... absurd things... never again

Today I called to have a medicine booked with a prescription by phone and even though they were full of people they were very kind in helping me and with a situation at home worse than a hospital and nursery combined it was a lifesaver. In my opinion, the staff are rightly polite in a reciprocal manner with the person who interfaces with them! Today there is a lot of rudeness but above all we think that because you pay you can be arrogant but that's not the case. I recommend this pharmacy!

I'm calling for a serious and important drug and hearing the answer from a "doctor" is wasting my time, there's nothing else to add, 1 star is too much.

Inefficient, rude, slow, they are not competent they are not human at all I had a repeatable prescription that expired 2 days ago they didn't want to give me the medicines nice stuff..... Thanks Annunziata pharmacy.......
