Terrible! I went to this pharmacy this afternoon as I had a sudden illness. I have a pathology that forces me to take only Aulin as a medicine because over the last 15 years I have taken different types of medicines without ever being able to find any benefit. I was denied this medicine because a medical prescription was required, but as already mentioned I had a sudden illness. First of all, I have always purchased Aulin packs without a prescription and in this pharmacy I was denied, but I understand their decision. The point is another, I said that I was about to faint and that I had no strength in my legs to move and I asked to call an ambulance. I was told to go to another pharmacy (I repeat, I had no strength in my legs), I was not even offered a glass of water and sugar (I repeat despite having said that it was a low sugar level), nor even I was asked what the problem was, what my symptoms were, perhaps to understand together if I could take a different medicine without a prescription similar to Aulin. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ----------- Good morning, Google won't let me reply to your answer so I'll write to you below. I wrote that I understand his refusal and I know well that I firmly repeated the aulin but at the moment I was in a total panic crisis as I knew the serious consequences that would come to me, because I really didn't feel well, but I repeat I understand his rejection. The problem was another: the way in which this refusal occurred. I remember that years ago this illness happened to me and I was helped. You didn't offer to call an ambulance or a doctor, but I asked. You don't see how a simple water and sugar would have helped me, I was selling out but luckily I found a bar a little further on. I finally took a different drug because shortly after I calmed down and was welcomed in the best way. To conclude, I more than agree with you on the issue of taking action against incorrect pharmacists. Also because there are numerous drugs that can cause very serious damage if not taken in the correct manner. Good day.
