Terrible experience. I purchased two quick swabs, a thermometer and a Tachipirina for "only" €35. Once home I realized that I had bought a non-working thermometer and I went to the pharmacy again to have it changed. When I returned home for the second time, I discovered that the two rapid swabs were also faulty, since at the end of the test a vertical line appeared (both times) instead of the usual horizontal ones. When I contacted the pharmacist by telephone, I was rudely told that I was not able to carry out the tests and therefore could go to another pharmacy. Experience deeply not recommended due to the serious incompetence of the pharmacy.
