Large and well-organised pharmacy, qualified, professional and helpful medical staff.
Highly professional doctors, excellent experts on the various products, kind and helpful; if they don't have a product available they place the order immediately and the item arrives within a few working hours. I wish all pharmacies were like this!
First time I've had to pay for a night call to a pharmacy on duty. I purchased a COVID swab and paid more for the night call (purchase Sunday morning at 7:00 am) than for the swab itself. In response: I am aware of the possible tariff application. But I believe that common sense is not regulated by any regional law given that the pharmacy would usually open after 60 minutes; I would not have applied such a surcharge to a customer now in the morning. In the middle of the night it would have made sense and I certainly wouldn't have contested anything. But at 7 in the morning, paying such an amount honestly annoyed me. Having said that, thanks for the reply. Cordial greetings!
