Such a negative experience as the one I had with this site had never happened to me in all the years of shopping online. after four emails in each of which it was said "we will fix it immediately" I am still at the starting point and I have not received the requested and paid product.

One month after an online purchase, they did not ship and did not refund as agreed. Don't trust it! Don't buy from them. The Guarantor should intervene and remove the license.

THEY SHIPPED LATE WHEN I WROTE THREE TIMES TO CANCEL THE ORDER! Pharmacy absent, does not respond to emails or phone calls, does not warn of delay in shipment. Their conditions of sale say that DELIVERY will take place within 3 working days. Not the reliance on the courier, the delivery. Well today May 2nd is the third working day from the order and nothing was known about the package this morning. I write back and they don't answer, I call and they don't answer. I then send an email canceling the order and requesting a refund, since I needed the products. I also write on their Whatsapp, with the word CANCELLATION in block capitals. They respond by saying that they think they are on time, but still available to cancel. I reply that I want to cancel. And I have no more answers. Tonight I see a GLS tracking. They shipped anyway! I had also written to him that I would refuse any package. Already complained with Paypal, my refund request already accepted.

Very bad experience. They steal from quantities and don't respond to reminders. Order 2 boxes for around 11 euros each. they sent only one, promised a refund and do not respond to reminders.

The purchase is very simple and safe. You can purchase either through the website or (as in my case) by having the PAYPAL payment link sent to you. I exchanged all the information via the WhatsApp chat that the Pharmacy makes available. Shipping was ultra-fast and the products were delivered to me perfectly in excellent packaging in two working days. Furthermore, with the products purchased, I was also sent two shampoo samples. The pharmacy is really very serious. Excellent experience. Highly recommended!
