Attention! I happened to do a quick swab here 5 minutes ago. Unfortunately I do this often since I am not vaccinated. But the violent way in which the elderly gentleman from this pharmacy continued had never happened to me in all of Italy. After my (kind!!!) request to continue as delicately as possible, he placed himself in the fire with so much anger and nervousness! It was the most negative experience of the last 2 years! Inside, however, her colleague was kind. So my recommendation to anyone who has to do the swab is not to do it there or not to allow this type of behavior to be admitted.

Terrible service, it states that in the Tuscany region green passes are not printed after having taken the swab, and that the user must do so independently using a code sent by text message, while after calling the toll-free number we were told that no that was it, then we went to another pharmacy (on duty), which printed the green pass and sent it via email, reconfirming the pharmacist's obligation to issue the complete documentation. I'm sorry but when you pay for a service and there are rules in the middle, the staff should fully respect them.
