Professionalism, courtesy and availability of top staff

Avoid like the plague. The least professional professionals in the world. I order a medicine over the phone and they tell me to come by the next day to pick it up. I arrive at the pharmacy the next day and they tell me that the medicine hasn't been ordered because according to them I had to pay for it first. Obviously no one had warned me of this and seriousness dictates that a drug be delivered to a patient anyway. This is the practice of all pharmacies. I am speechless. Let's overlook the friendliness of the pharmacist at the counter who also wanted the reason otherwise I would give -1 star. To stay away.

The swab lady was decidedly rude and very rough during the operation. During the swab it caused intense pain in my left nostril causing me to bleed. Furthermore, before and after the swab he always responded in an unprofessional manner. I highly advise against making an appointment for swabs at this pharmacy. SHAME!
