Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience: I bought a mouthwash recommended to me by the pharmacist because it was on sale and therefore convenient. The package was priced at €13.00. and instead I was charged €16.90. (I only noticed the difference here at home) I went back to the pharmacy for clarification but was told that only the code read at the checkout is valid. Obviously this is to be considered deceptive conduct, I was not refunded the difference. A customer for many years, I am led to write this negative comment and to believe that I will no longer make purchases from this pharmacy.

Rude and lazy pharmacist. I have received rude and unprofessional treatment several times. I went again this summer and on that day they didn't have a working air conditioner despite the 30 degrees outside. Medicines should be kept at a good temperature

I have been living in Carpi since March 3 days before the start of Lokdaun, taking my medications regularly due to an illness that occurred years ago, I needed a pharmacy. With the decree that was released then I could only go out and shop in the places closest to my home. I found this pharmacy 500 m away from my house. I was very impressed by the staff and I say in the plural because they are all fantastic pharmacists who work inside without exception. Very professional, competent, kind, friendly, attentive and patient. Now it has become my favorite pharmacy not because it is close to my house but because I found a lot of humanity and affection in the staff, in the worst days and months that wherever we went to shop or to the hospital we were treated badly by all the security guards who shouted like If we were walking in line, I found a place where I was treated like a human being and received a smile and a word of encouragement. I thank all the staff and the doctor who owns the Hospital Pharmacy for all their support and help that I have received from them to date. THANK YOU WITH ALL MY HEART. Mihaela Geanina Direnci
