Terrible, both you and the pharmacy. At 5.30 this morning they prescribed me a fairly important medication and I was told that the pharmacist wasn't there but that I would have to wait for her for 15 minutes when she was on duty, she didn't have the requested medication and above all that the new one started at 9. shift and that I could very well wait for the new shift to open. Better not to use words to describe the subject.
