Professional and available. Sometimes I request medicines that perhaps they don't have, but they always manage to order them and receive them in 1/2 days at most, sometimes even within the same day. They also make galenic preparations, the one for sunburn is highly recommended, it is never missing from my first aid drawer!

While Dr. Dentella has always been much loved because he is courteous and helpful, his daughter is known to be uniquely rude. Here is the latest episode: I call to find out if they have the swab for self-diagnosis of Covid, she tells me that she has both nasal and salivary tests, so I ask her which is the most reliable; She replies annoyed that they are the same and that she can't waste time with me (not even 30 seconds of calls in total) because she has a client and hangs up on me. I call other pharmacies and they all tell me that nasal is much more reliable than saliva (70% versus 30%). So not only is the "lady" very rude, but she also gives completely incorrect information. I remember that at the moment you can't always go to the pharmacy in person (if you have symptoms for example), so it is completely normal to inquire by telephone before sending a third person to purchase. Evidently the ready-made food of the father (he is indeed a gentleman) did not help this arrogant pharmacist. IN RESPONSE TO THE PHARMACIST: Giving an annoyed, even incorrect, answer to a simple and I imagine frequent question, and then hanging up the phone after less than half a minute of conversation, I wouldn't define it as "kind" at all. Never to see each other again.

Excellent pharmacy in the center of the town, very well looked after and professional. They are always very helpful 😊
