UPDATE: After hearing from the ATS Brianza pharmacy service and sending emails, they contacted me and I am entitled to a refund for the swab, because the pediatrician's prescription was correct. BACKGROUND: I called to have an antigen swab taken for my 9 year old son, I was told that he would pay €8.00 as already paid in other pharmacies. In the meantime the pediatrician sent me a prescription free of charge. When I arrived at the pharmacy they told me that there was a missing wording on the doctor's prescription (a reference to an article of law) even though it is indicated Non-Replaceable 4 as in other prescriptions and they told me that I have to pay €15 and not €8 due to company policy?? ?!!!! My son went to the pharmacy to take the swab. Nothing to say about the professionalism and "delicacy", the fact of asking €18 from a 13 year old boy is very different!! We carried out 3 swabs in Rome at the pharmacy, always at a cost of €8!!
I went to these pharmacies to take a quick swab. It should be underlined that having booked by telephone there was no need to wait. furthermore this service is currently available every day until 7pm. The cost of the swab is currently 25 euros.
All the pharmacists and Mr. Desenzani are always very nice. A point of reference for years, I always find everything or else they get it for me in one day and I always find a wide range of Erbolario products for myself and to give as gifts. The part for newborns is also well supplied 👶🏻
