Having requested from this pharmacy (with a regular medical prescription) a drug of primary necessity for the safety and life of the patient after more than a month, the response of this pharmacy (documented on wattsapp) is as follows: "Good morning, unfortunately the requested medicine is not currently available in the pharmacy and we do not know the availability times of the warehouses. Thank you and have a good day". I would like to point out that all the pharmacies in the area are regularly supplied with the same medicine without waiting. From the point of view of the patient who, let's remember, is a customer, I find it completely unjustifiable, unethical, unprofessional and completely unreliable the failure to deliver these essential drugs on a prescription taken over more than a month ago.
