Disappointed by the incompetence. I don't come to the pharmacy to get homeopathic things that don't work and are expensive, otherwise I would go to the herbalist's shop. Unfortunately I trusted it, because pharmacists usually know how to do their job...
Competent and courteous staff, especially Doctor Giovanna, always very helpful. The application they have made available to users is very valid with a menu full of useful functions such as booking medicines or swabs and a direct chat service where they quickly respond to requests. Compliments
Excellent, well-stocked pharmacy. in case of lack of product it is supplied the same day. friendly and very knowledgeable staff. a plus is their fast and intuitive APP. I live in Vergiate but I travel a few kilometers more every time to go to them in Cimbro
My husband takes our dog for a walk and when he arrives near the pharmacy he remembers that he has to buy a medicine (I'll point out that there was no sign prohibiting animals from entering) so he decides to go in... The owner who is also good in her work she told him that it was better if he didn't come in with the dog and when my husband pointed out that there was no prohibition sign she offered to look after him (strictly outside the pharmacy) while my husband bought the one that he needed. It makes me think: what are you willing to do to avoid losing a sale, also because if I had been there, I would have left without buying anything!!! Working in the store I can tell you about indecent behavior on the part of people such as leaving sanitary pads in the changing rooms, human feces in the department, things that animals don't do when they come in!!!! I advise anyone who is in the area with their dog and has to enter the pharmacy to go to other locations where dogs are welcome and well-liked, even with special attention just for them!!!! Let's remember that when humans are in need they are helped by dogs, both at sea and under the rubble, so let's open the doors to them!!!
