Since some doctors left, the level has definitely dropped. I respond by saying that in my opinion the waiting times have increased and the advice that was given before is no longer there. There is no longer empathy between customer and pharmacist.

Corticella pharmacy never disappoints, well stocked, very competent, helpful and smiling staff, I've been there lots of times, but this time I decided to write a review because you saved my life. I was looking for a preventative skin care product for my newborn daughter, the pharmacist who welcomed me offered me a spectacular product with which up to now I have not encountered any problems, my daughter's skin is more beautiful than ever, I receive a lot of compliments from other mothers. For that and for the other times I say thank you

Arrogance and rudeness must be commonplace... they look at you and try to sell you what they want (or what is imposed on them)... one certainly doesn't go to the pharmacy if one is well, one has to repeat what one wants several times desires, as they do not listen and speak to each other... Service to citizens must be based on mutual respect and speed in assistance.

I am a regular customer of the pharmacy, where I always find availability, advice and kindness. I thank all the pharmacists and staff who work there.
