The swab service outside could be professional with very little, but instead we have to wait for the annoying calm of that boy. A minimum wait of an hour, thrown in the heat or even under the sun, even with very little turnout, becomes instead 10 minutes when you are lucky enough to find another person, still alone but more alert and competent. Change personnel, you can't put anyone who doesn't want to get a move on at the service of the public.
Competence, professionalism, this is what I found in Dr Ena's pharmacy, the staff makes you feel at ease by advising you in the best possible way
I called numerous times to receive a swab in the car and they only answered once, otherwise friendly and helpful staff.
