Unfortunately the pharmacy has recently changed management. Even though I had been a customer of the previous company for several years, I was treated rudely, without finding a solution to the reported problem. I definitely do not recommend it and I will not rely on them again.

In a moment of health emergency like this, I find it right and correct to express my opinion towards this pharmacy where I have been going for many years for logistical convenience, while also being able to take advantage of the feedback with other pharmacies in the area. First of all I must underline that very often even drugs that are frequently used and rather famous among the population are not present in the shop and therefore have to be ordered. However, the aforementioned drugs arrive quickly after being ordered, they are usually available in the pharmacy the next day or even the same evening, but the task of returning to the shop twice, especially if you are unwell, is truly a great inconvenience! They are much more well-stocked when it comes to cosmetics, which is positive in a certain sense since, for example, being an allergy sufferer, I use them for this type of product which I find punctually, but it is also not a very comforting aspect since I remember that this is first and foremost a pharmacy and not a perfumery, therefore having to have mainly pharmaceutical products rather than anything else! As for the staff, several pharmacists have come and gone, apart from a couple of decidedly historic ones. Also in this case, speaking of staff, I must unfortunately underline that some of them do not show any delicacy or education at all, sometimes even failing to say hello or responding in a decidedly annoyed tone to a simple question, in particular two pharmacists, a younger one and the another decidedly older one! Furthermore, and I am referring to an episode that personally happened to me a few weeks ago, having requested a medicine in sachets, which obviously was not present in the shop and had to be ordered instead, the pharmacist objected to the fact that that medicine was present and could be ordered only and exclusively in tablets showing a total lack of knowledge of the drug which was none other than lactic ferments often also advertised on television, the sachet version of which has been known and sold everywhere for years precisely for the convenience of taking it! Having pointed this out to her, the pharmacist responded in a confused and evasive way, saying that unfortunately, even if she had ordered it in sachets, the warehouse would most likely have sent it to her in tablets since evidently only that type of version was present in their warehouse and not the more well-known one. , which I then fortunately found at another pharmacy in the area.
