Good place

A customer for many years, I think since the opening. I think it is useless to dwell on courtesy, availability, confidentiality, education, competence and even friendliness and familiarity. Being a customer does not mean being demanding at all costs and sometimes I have witnessed disarming forms of rudeness from customers that only the patience of a good over-the-counter professional has been able to control. Good job everyone and thank you.

Staff always very kind and helpful, this pharmacy has been my point of reference for years.

All very kind, helpful and able to explain the various drugs. I also did a strep swab for both myself and my three year old and they were really delicate

If I could give 0 stars I would, I have never felt so publicly mortified. Today I went to this pharmacy in Gravellona looking for some skin care products. Once my turn came, from the counter I was directed towards the sales assistant who deals with skin-care products and I asked for the products I was looking for. The lady, upon my second request, replies that that product is not suitable for my skin type (and so far the fact that she gave me "expert" advice was appreciable), except that she continued to criticize with arrogance and superiority in every choice I make in terms of skin care (even the products I already owned) and even the types of treatments I have undertaken over the years and would undertake (I suffer from obvious acne). For every product I pointed out, he replied that it wasn't good for my skin and coincidentally he always offered me a more expensive one, perhaps thinking he could take advantage of a calm and available 20-year-old. While the pharmacy was filled with people, the lady had no problem (even raising the volume of her voice) to point out the "severity" of my acne, even inviting me to touch my face (as if I didn't see it every day in the mirror ): all next to the queue of people waiting, who turned to look at me several times, hearing the whole conversation. There's no need to specify how much I wanted to sink or how much I blushed...did it cost much to withdraw a little or at least lower the tone of my voice? At the time I was petrified and couldn't say anything, I completed my purchase and left almost in tears. It's not the first time I've received this treatment from the same shop assistant: once she asked me to lower the mask to look at my skin type and when I did so she reacted with an "ah", as if amazed by my condition... it cost her a lot hold back this rude and unprofessional reaction? I strongly advise against purchasing skin-care products in this pharmacy: the sales assistant is rude and not at all professional. I hope this review will be sent to you, to prevent this truly mortifying situation from happening again. Neither I nor my family will buy from this pharmacy again.
