Unfortunately, the pharmacy has recently changed management and the experience has become disappointing. Customer service at the counter has dropped significantly, even the simplest of requests seems difficult. The new staff is not very helpful and the waiting times are endless. A disappointing change that compromised the quality and efficiency of the service. I won't go back there again

I am amazed by the staff, in particular one woman, who has been rude and arrogant several times in the last month. Hospitality, patience and courtesy are essential elements in an environment such as a pharmacy. I am extremely disappointed

They are unique. Very good, patient and very kind. They have always helped us, especially in the midst of Covid and even now, with valuable advice and assistance. Thank you very much!

I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I don't usually do reviews. However, I was particularly annoyed by the behavior of the individuals working at this pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy at around 6pm to take an antigen swab. As soon as I entered there was no queue, no people waiting. I went to the checkout and said I wanted to take an antigen swab. The guy at the checkout kindly asked me to wait outside to take the sample. The aforementioned individual left me waiting outside until 6.30pm in 4 degree heat. I want to repeat that there was no particular turnout in the shop and there was no reason to make me wait so long for such a quick operation. After having carried out the swab, he still asked me to wait outside for the result of the swab to avoid a possible positivity (even though I had already entered the pharmacy previously and mine was neither an end-of-quarantine swab nor a contact one with positive). Moral of the story, I received the result at 6.55pm. Almost an hour after I arrived, after waiting outside the whole time.

A stranger's tax code on the receipt and they passed off the rinorex bicarbonate nasal shower to me as also valid for the aerosol, when it is clearly indicated on the package "upper respiratory tract only"!!!! Shame!
