An eternal thank you to all the staff of this pharmacy. I called from Anghiari (province of Arezzo) in the hope of finding a missing medicine (which means that it was not possible to order it anywhere because it was not available from various retailers). They, luckily for me, were in possession of a package. We thus agreed on home shipping which arrived a few days after my request. I therefore had the opportunity to speak with several people from the pharmacy and they all proved to be extremely professional, kind and helpful. Truly THANK YOU!

Not recommended for Covid rapid test. We queued for 50 minutes, compared to our booking time!!!! The structure should adequately organize the procedure for accessing the pharmacy as there were 14 customers plus 6 pharmacists in a closed space of 15 m2. It would at least be desirable to put more staff to carry out the Covid test, or alternatively reduce the number of bookings available. Never again Highly not recommended: -50 minute line for Covid test, beyond reservation schedule -not properly organised, too many people 21 in a limited indoor space.

Good morning, I wanted to express my disappointment, I just left this pharmacy, I waited twenty minutes, no one paid me a glance, in the meantime customers and friends were served, who politely passed me by, and the young lady went out to bar to get coffee, I asked if I could be served, to go back to work, since I was on leave, and I was told that I had to wait, you are SCANDALOUS, ZERO professional ethics and ethics, go horse racing!

Terrible service. I booked the swab for my 3 year old son on the Tuscany region portal. We were in the cold for an hour because they were late with their appointments, they had made appointments for two stations but there was only one. The person, a woman, who swabbed my son caused blood to come out of his nose and I refused to continue with the swab in the other nostril too. Absolutely not to go with children. They are not at all suited and prepared for this service. I am very disappointed and angry about this happening🤬😡
