Shame!!!!!! After queuing and showing the prescriptions, I was asked for the health card I had in digital format. Not being able to read it with the appropriate reader, they told me that they couldn't type in the tax code because they would have wasted too much time, and therefore they sent me away, exposing me to further risk of contagion because I had to go to another pharmacy, and furthermore I delayed taking the medications. I highly recommend the people at the counter to change jobs because professionalism and kindness are incomprehensible words for them.

I just learned from a sincere acquaintance of mine about an absurd refusal of a tax code in the mobile phone (as is used in most shops, just shoot it) after having queued up a prescription for an elderly person for a long time. At a time like this you even start being funny!!!!

One thing I would like to ask is why do you keep the air conditioner at full speed and the temperature too low compared to the outside temperature?
