In Viale Marconi, when you enter you already know that everyone else present will know the name of the drug you are buying since they shout it! They don't know what courtesy is and from what I read it's not something I've only encountered. Smile, you're not receiving a death sentence! I enter only if strictly necessary.

This morning I went to the pharmacy to take a swab (with reservation) and the pharmacist was very friendly and helpful. I asked for clarification and was given clarification. I read about long waiting times and I am also amazed because (for those like me who take swabs very often) it takes about 20 minutes for the response but this is normal and happens in all pharmacies. I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN AND if I find a different treatment I will report it without problems. SUPER RECOMMENDED PHARMACY.

Grumpy and also unprofessional staff especially for swabs. You can't wait for a result for an hour and what's more, a young lady in charge of the swabs allowed us while waiting for a response to make some bad taste irony. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED DUE TO LONG WAITING TIMES AND RUDENESS
