Terrible swab management. First of all, the pharmacist doesn't take tax details, so I don't know how she declares covid. She is scared to do them and does them with her hand shaking with fear; personally already aware that I was positive, he sent me there without waiting the canonical 15 minutes, saying that I was negative, while I could already glimpse my beautiful little dash. A public danger that makes people turn positive. Don't go there if you are a good person, but if you need to test negative it's for you.

I take a swab on the weekend around 7pm to be covered at work, I am notified on the Io App with a time of 3.30pm. I phone for explanations, the doctor replies that 'you only have two times to enter them into the system, 3.30pm or 8pm'. Very strange. I would like to point out to you that this is a very serious thing, since throughout the world the Ministry of Health must be notified of the exact time at which the blood sample is taken, also for obvious safety reasons. At this point I ask him to make it count in his second slot, i.e. at 8pm (I repeat, absurd!), he says to call back on the phone. He will never respond again and then close. Ah, obviously the swab is taken in the middle of the street, standing, without a booth, zero privacy, and the result is bandied about so that everyone present can hear clearly. Things done with your feet, a sign of total incompetence. Strongly not recommended.

Truly the worst of the worst! Too bad there is no possibility to give less than one star. Never seen something like this... I bought a thermometer, the doctor opened it, but she didn't let me check it. When I got home it didn't work and obviously I brought it back, but the doctor claimed she had it opened and therefore was not required to replace it. Of course I had to buy another one!
