I've always had a good time with them, having always been local.

Having been a customer only once, the Cov19 swab service was very bad. I don't know the specific pharmaceutical part and that of sports/food supplements, which instead I'm told is well structured. I happened to take a swab in the evening around 6pm, and the examining doctor himself questions me about the accuracy of the telephone and email data, verifying them together with me. Well, the next morning I was still without GP. Upon opening I phone and they tell me "...we forgot to enter it into the system...please excuse us!" Lost a day of work due to something they forgot.

Pharmacy not recommended! I was passing through and needed a prescription medicine (which, of course, I had). I was told the price, and being in a relatively hurry I paid and off I went. Immediately afterwards, checking the box, I noticed that the original price had been blackened, almost a euro less than what I paid. Fortunately, not being a local, I won't go back again.

I asked for a syrup for a fatty cough and I was given a natural supplement for the immune system complete with a very insistent presentation "eh the syrups don't have blueberry etc etc", despite having asked several times for a simple syrup to dissolve the phlegm and soothe the throat. I bought it because it was 7pm and the pharmacist didn't seem to want to give me anything other than this magnificent blueberry supplement. Obviously the cough didn't go away and I had to go to another pharmacy 3 days later to get some syrup. Probably selling me a medicine they produced (which wasn't actually a medicine as it wasn't deductible) was more convenient.
