Two years ago there was a really good looking young blonde pharmacist, does anyone know her name? I also graduated in pharmacy with 200 cum laude in Carrapipi, I think we would be compatible😏
I have been going to this pharmacy for 20 years! Always friendly and helpful!
It's one of the few pharmacies where they give you the discount without having to ask, which is why even though I have a pharmacy near my house I turn to the doctor's. Di Mino, also because it is always equipped with everything. All the doctors are kind and knowledgeable
I am a customer, but I have to complain about the lack of education, arrogance and rudeness of some doctors who are at the counter. More than once it happened to me to say hello upon arrival and repeat the greeting at the end, without receiving a response or a nod. A situation that irritated me to the point that I even expressed it. But it had no effect on the subject. I happened to find myself having paid for a requested drug (without being informed), because it was not available and had been put on order. This has never happened to me in any other pharmacy. It happened to me that I took a drug and brought the NHS prescription the next day and was told that I hadn't bought it in their pharmacy, because they use to mark the box with a stamp, while mine had a signature. While for sure I had gone to buy it in their pharmacy and the doctor who had signed it for me, has not been working in the pharmacy for long, is short, with glasses and was working the evening shift. In short, if it weren't for the convenience of the evening service until 11pm, I would do everything to avoid it.
Some pharmacists do not listen well to customer requests! Once, with the entire prescription, a pharmacist made a mistake on a drug (a delicate one among other things), luckily I looked at the packaging carefully before taking it!
