We found milk for our newborn son at 1.70 euros per bottle, counting the 3.20 we usually pay for it. We noticed that there is a lot of choice for newborns, and great prices. Super recommended. It's a shame that living in Sicily we can't visit this place more often.

Calling the elderly pharmacist's behavior shameful is a compliment. I wait my turn to then ask for the medicine I needed, and I am asked for the price of €40. I have been buying the aforementioned drug for more than two years in every pharmacy, but I never need to specify that it is prescribed to me with exemption at the price of €6. At that point the pharmacist, annoyed by personal problems or unjustified personal dislike towards me, begins by expressing the unpleasant dig that "if he is not told that I have the prescription, unfortunately he is not yet telepathic". Appalled by the lack of professionalism, I specify that I don't usually follow the process at their pharmacy because at my reference pharmacy, which is another due to a question of spatial proximity to my residence, I don't need to specify it. Once again the elderly man expresses himself rudely with the same verbal form ("I'm not telepathic, and unfortunately my pharmacy is on duty"), accompanied by a tone and facial expression that are anything but civil. At that point I become annoyed by pointing out that I don't understand the attitude and that I hadn't gone there for fun, but for a health emergency. At that point the gentleman decided to rage, specifying that he would not serve me. I have never experienced such embarrassing and terrible service in a pharmacy, I will never go near the entrance of this business again between now and my death. Never to see each other again Edit: I was threatened in the response with a possible complaint from the owner for alleged insult (among other things decriminalized by the judicial system). Rather than recognize the unfairness towards a boy who had to interrupt an ongoing therapy, the owner tries to make people believe that the customer was demanding the drug without a medical prescription, forgetting that in reality if he had taken out the requested and succulent €40 the medical prescription wouldn't even mention it. Furthermore, it was a public holiday and it was not possible to receive the prescription on that date (the exact words of my GP). I am completely free to express my profound disappointment publicly for the treatment I received in a pharmacy! If I don't receive an apology I will be the one to take legal action, since she can't remember the medical prescription only when I don't pay her the money she demands!! Now that is a criminal offence, and other people were present with me who can testify to it I would like to underline the pain I feel in realizing how much malice and greed reside in the heart of a person who, at a certain age, stoops to threaten for a very free review a boy who could be his son, or perhaps his nephew, when I am certainly it is clear to you that from the first moment it was you who addressed me in a surly manner, even following my highest desperate form of justification, in the face of the most total coldness of those who live only for money and eliminate any form of sensitivity for the others. Situations like this depress me and contribute to making me lose that bit of hope that I still feel towards the human race. See you in court

I'm not from San Salvo but they had the availability for a supplement that was fundamental to me in stock. Very friendly on the phone and in person, they saved my holiday 😄 A thousand thanks

I was on holiday in San Salvo and due to a small need I was assisted in this pharmacy by the young doctor Valeria who was able to help me with great professionalism, discretion and kindness. Thank you very much and happy holidays!

It was the best pharmacy in San Salvo but it is losing a lot, becoming more of a market than a health place. In line with a number, the doctor made her friend who didn't have a number go through and I waited to be served while the other stations continued with the numbers that had now passed mine and therefore despite having arrived before other people I I found myself having to be served from another station, creating chaos while the doctor from before chatted about her business with her friend and at least 10/15 people waiting to be served. Zero professionalism. Not to mention the fact that they no longer sell drugs but only supplements which in the end are of little use and I still have to go to the family doctor to be prescribed something more effective. It's a shame because in the past they were the best.
