I've been going to the Roncafort pharmacy for years since they opened and I really enjoy it, always friendly and helpful

A regular customer of this pharmacy for years, after having fully explained to the limited company that served me that I had already interrupted a first course of antibiotics due to my problems and therefore I absolutely could not interrupt it again as communicated by my dentist, they refuse me the third box of antibiotic because on the doctor's white prescription there was a two and I was missing four tablets to finish the treatment cycle, go ahead and be picky and waste people's time I went to my new pharmacy which gave me the antibiotic without making any unnecessary fuss third box to complete cure ............................. shame, because despite the obtuse character who didn't serve me, it would also be a nice pharmacy that I won't frequent never again !!

It is inconceivable that in 2023 they will not accept a recipe via email (previously sent upon express request), wasting the customer's time.

Very tidy and clean pharmacy. Lots of drugs and even health products.

Completely unreliable vending machine, 18 euro product taken, 20 euro banknote inserted. No change dispensed, product dropped into the basket (but impossible to recover, external door remained closed), a receipt printed inconsistent with what happened. Update after merchant response: So I invite you to check the logs relating to the money that the distributor has paid out and you will find that nothing has come out, therefore the purchased product was recovered by one of your employees this morning, 6.50 was given to my comrade, 13.50 to go and not, as you replied "that's out of the question", if a customer reports a problem to me I check 4 times before blaming him.
