I've always had a good time both when I had to take swabs and when I ask for information and in any case I turn to those who have complained about being out in the cold, try going to the Vigevano employment center then we'll talk about it again. I can say that they are all very kind and competent!!!
I waited 3 and a half hours outside in the cold for the result of a quick swab that should have arrived in 20 minutes at most. Terrible service and rude staff when I rightly wanted to know the reason for the delay. I will never go back there again!
Although in this period she is overloaded with work between rapid tests to diagnose Covid positivity or not, distribution of drugs and aids, Dr. Bortolas and her collaborators always prove to be attentive, available and polite even if, at times, many rude, disrespectful. Even though I had an appointment for a swab test, I had 13 people in front of me half an hour after the scheduled time. With 2 children.. Disgusting.. Not to mention the rudeness of the lady
