A big welcome to Dr. Antonio who I met today at the pharmacy in Via Ticino, I found not only a competent doctor but also a person available to solve my problems, kind and courteous.
The staff I found on duty on 5 September 2016 was very rude. He hung up the intercom in my face because I didn't have a prescription. I rightly went to the doctor to have it done and when I came back he didn't even ask for the tax code. x the deduction and he beat my receipt. When I gave him the c.f. he told me that he had already given me the receipt and he didn't have to ask me anything. The tone was truly rude. If it wasn't for the fact that he was on shift that was the only one I would have sent him to hell.
I feel good. The staff doesn't disappoint either
This morning I appreciated the great availability and courtesy of the owner.
