Very arrogant and despotic owner of the pharmacy, often gives annoyed and unfriendly answers (in my case, without deserving it, given that I am always very kind and polite as a customer). I understand that dealing with the public can be stressful, but you don't open a business that involves it if you're not capable of it. If I could, I would give zero stars! Too bad for the girls however, who are always very nice.
Arrived at 7.29pm sharp, good evening. Answer, we are closed. At that point, I can only ask one thing (I was sorry to come in at that time. I wouldn't have done it if it hadn't been a serious problem.) The owner repeats, I told her that we are closed. It could have been a baby or anything else but the lady was in a hurry and couldn't stop her any less. he says I've been working since 8...maybe he doesn't know that he doesn't sell sweets but drugs and that it's his duty to listen, maybe then even say a big NO but at least give him the chance to ask. As already said in other comments under the arrogance of the owner already known to many.
The younger girls are always very nice and helpful, unlike the owner, who proves to be a more than unpleasant person (with her arrogant, often unmotivated answers!). Maybe she should remember that she's talking to customers, and not her friends at the bar. Rude and not at all good at interacting with the public.
Well-stocked pharmacy, a point of reference in the Zinola district and surrounding areas. Good preparation of some herbal products by kind and knowledgeable staff. Some services such as measurement of. Pressure on site.. Only flaw opens a little late in the morning
