I happened to need the pharmacy on Sunday, therefore on duty. I called to ask about the availability of the product, they responded immediately and kindly confirmed that it was available. Once I arrived on site I was served quickly with professionalism and kindness. I have read some sterile controversies because they follow the rules, so be it, there is really a need in this country for someone who does it. Well done!
Absolutely inadequate staff. Attached to the grim bureaucracy they have no mental elasticity. They refuse to give drugs even in front of a prescription that is not original but in a photo. In Monterosi everyone is unhappy. They asked a doctor to produce a prescription even if the doctor was qualified and showed a medical card. They are losing a lot of customers...
I am a doctor and in 38 years of profession I have rarely met a pharmacist colleague who, in order to comply with the rules and bureaucracy, did NOT meet the needs of the patient/customer nor me who also telephoned her.
