The staff doesn't speak English but understand it okay, they were absolutely amazing. They were able to make up my request for a covid19 rapid test and gave me an appointment for the same day for 15€. Very nice ladies, helpful and understanding: my code for test results didn't reach me by SMS so I called right after hours but the answering machine was picking up while the last employee was also picking up the phone- so they could hear me but I couldn't hear them. They still understood I didn't get my code and sent me my test and code by email. Thank you!!! Amazing service

I have to give a bad review. I did an antigen test on Saturday at 9 a.m. so that I could go out to eat at Lake Garda at lunchtime without any problems. The nurse assured me that the results would be sent to my phone in about 30 minutes. When no message arrived at 10:30, I called every 5 minutes. Unfortunately only fax. At Lake Garda I had to wait in front of the restaurant until 1:30 p.m. until the negative decision finally came. This is not customer service
