The staff is very knowledgeable and very courteous. They often lack required medicines, but always have excellent alternatives
I was today, Saturday 21 October at the pharmacy. Apart from the kilometre-long queue of people, evidently the clientele is numerous, the two pharmacists at the counter chatted and made pleasantries. When my turn came I asked for a medicine that required a prescription, which unfortunately I didn't have. Integrity (and God forbid) the owner staged a skit saying that the person who decided was his doctor colleague. Obviously he said the name of the erectile dysfunction medicine I had requested out loud in a polite and discreet way in front of the other customers. The diligent colleague didn't want to know (her right) and ironically invited me, still very loudly, to go home and get the document. Little curiosity, I lived in Alba for almost 30 years but now I'm about 250km away. I then went to another business and by explaining the situation they satisfied me. Dear doctor, it is your legitimate right to deny a drug if the requirements are not met, let alone performing a tarantella in the midst of full exercise, privacy, this unknown! I will advise anyone against going to this pharmacy

Not very available on the phone, I tried to call several times and was thrown away each time by three different people because no one knew if they had the type of product I was interested in in the store.
