I always find what I'm looking for, friendly staff who are always ready to advise you on the best. It's a shame that with some customers with whom you are more familiar, you spend too much time talking about personal aspects, especially if the pharmacy is full of people waiting to be served.

I'm sorry to have to give a negative rating to this pharmacy, I thought I would be happy but instead... I am allergic to perfume, I must only use products that do not contain perfume to avoid dermatitis and other health problems. I asked for Physiogel, the cleansing base I usually use, but since I didn't have it in the shop, I was offered another product, making sure it didn't contain perfume. I was in a hurry because it was now 7pm. I paid €14.50. I get home and reading the ingredients I realize that it contains perfume. So I call the pharmacy explaining what happened. They apologize and tell me I can come by the next day to give it back and have the product I usually use. I always managed to go to the pharmacy late because I have a job that takes up most of the day. After the usual wait, I see the pharmacist arrive with yet another product, she taps it at the checkout and I tell her doubtfully that it is not the product I ordered. Annoyed she goes to get what I ordered. I hand her the other bubble bath back which unfortunately had warmed up having put it in the car. The pharmacist, touching it, told me that she would not have taken back a product altered by the sun and therefore could not have exchanged it for me. After lecturing me he also advised me "wash your hands with this". So to avoid arguing (because it would have been the right thing to do) I paid another €13.50 for the product I had ordered. First of all, the mistake in selling me something wrong was made by the pharmacists. And secondly, if you have no respect for people with allergies, it's your problem, but it's not doctor's advice to "wash my hands" with a product that I know I'm allergic to and which therefore causes me health problems. . I was unpleasantly surprised and disappointed by the treatment I received and reluctantly I have to say that I don't think I'll ever return to this pharmacy.
