A VERY DESERVED star because I called the pharmacy in question on night shift for urgent information, but I was dismissed by the pharmacist on duty, who responded rudely by hanging up the phone in my face.
I have been frequenting this historic pharmacy in Potenza for many years, I have always found competence and courtesy. A heartfelt thank you to Valentino and Donato, always kind and helpful. A certainty.
Rude, grouchy and rude. Despite the night opening, he immediately complains about the time (01.00, not 04.00!), also denying the release of the requested drug. Only the surname is emblazoned! I will report what happened!
They don't give any kind of discount and they also make mistakes in reading the recipes. Spend 30 euros and get no discounts or freebies to apologize. There are other serious and kind pharmacies in Potenza! Very bad experience
