I went to buy a post-operative sock and despite having all the correct instructions they sold me the wrong sock, the staff should be trained better because if this is the level we are not there at all. I just hope I don't have any problems with it. the staff at least are friendly and kind but I would rather buy the right things from rude people

The managers and staff working in the pharmacy are kind and competent. I went to this pharmacy, after making a reservation, to be vaccinated against the flu because the general practitioner's secretary had informed me that there were no more vaccines and that no more would be arriving. I turned to the pharmacies in the area, but none could guarantee me this blessed vaccination. My sister who is their customer, referred me to them and I solved the problem. For the record, I live in the province of Turin, in the Orbassano area.

Worst pharmacy... They give you one thing saying it's what you asked for and the other instead of drops they give you sachets... Too bad it wasn't a verbal request where one can understand something wrong but through the prescription a pediatrician. Shameful!
