I was positively surprised by the courtesy and availability as well as the professionalism of the pharmacist. Truly an excellent service. Compliments.

My 11 month old son had severe toothache at night and being in Caspoggio, I looked for a pharmacy on duty nearby. On the internet it appears that the pharmacy on duty is the one in Chiesa Valmalenco and to be sure I call the pharmacy asking if they are actually open. An elderly, sleeping gentleman replies to me: open?! But do you know what time it is?! I, convinced that the number was wrong, hung up sorry thinking I had disturbed a gentleman who was sleeping. However, my child continued to feel ill and so my partner and I contacted the toll-free number, which confirmed that the pharmacy on duty was exactly that and that the number was correct. We went to Chiesa Valmalenco and found the pharmacy closed but with a small window open. We ring the intercom and no one opens the door. After 3 attempts, an elderly gentleman in his underwear comes out of the door, we are stunned. I go in and explain that I called previously and the gentleman says that the pharmacy is not open for these cases, but only for emergencies and with a medical prescription. I explained that it was an emergency because it was a small child, and no prescription is needed for Tachipirina! He didn't even want to listen to me, so I took the drug and we left. But what do you think, pharmacy on call means? In Chiesa Valmalenco pharmacy on duty = pharmacy that should remain open but instead the owner sleeps peacefully and if someone calls he responds badly! Never seen something like this...I am shocked, angry and annoyed by this pharmacist's behavior! A shame! I swear he opened us in his underwear!!!

I'm giving one star because less jon can be possible. Absolutely unsuitable and rude pharmacists always try to foist their products and do not take the ATM. If you can it is much better to go to Lanzada
