The indicated opening hours are not respected.
I ordered some products through the farmabeauty site associated with the pharmacy, paid everything in advance via PayPal but I can't get the goods sent despite requests. No response to emails.
Speechless to say the least! After waiting for more than 25 minutes my turn is my turn.... Well no! 4 people enter and move on because they are acquaintances but after a lot of patience I approach the counter and ask for what I need and pay for the same product 18 euros more than another pharmacy. Above all, I remember that we are in a period of emergency and not of speculation.
This morning I ordered Royal Jelly Plus from Specchiasol and a pharmacist told me to come back in the afternoon, declaring the cost of the supplement to be 8 euros, a price in line with other pharmacies and online stores. In the afternoon, a different pharmacist makes me pay 10 euros more for the product. Absurd!
The prices at this pharmacy are based on who you are, and when you discover this by coincidence you are disappointed. A good morning or a smile should be part of everyday life, doctor, maybe a pinch of humanity wouldn't hurt, unfortunately I want to think that we are like this even outside of work.....
