Well-stocked pharmacy, quick to serve customers and the girls are kind and helpful.

Kind and organized enough for quick swabs. They can be done every day from Mon. to Fri. and also on Saturdays, morning and afternoon, without reservation, excluding the lunch period (approximately from 12.30 to 2.30 pm).

In this pharmacy I found courteous and professional staff. I noticed on the shelves the best brands of personal hygiene and personal care products and a vast selection of "accessories". I also took advantage of the rapid swab service, as well as not feeling any discomfort during the sampling, they were really quick and helpful during every phase, from reception to delivery of the result. Education and understanding (empathy) at the top!!!

Not very organized for swabs. You have to wait in two queues and people move forward without hesitation, this is because they give multiple people an appointment all at the same time. This is why we spent an hour and a half queuing in the cold. Very rude, unprofessional and do not protect privacy regarding the communication of the outcome if positive, indeed they communicate it out loud, in front of everyone with the name and surname of the person concerned. Absolutely a bad experience that we will not repeat.

Buffer reservation for 4pm all ok, punctual in doing so let's say not too delicate... obviously negative is therefore as said by the operator "in an hour you will receive the email with QR code." I pay €15 and go out At 7pm still nothing I come back to ask and after blaming the system, data traffic etc etc magically within 30 seconds the email arrives...
