Once I've entered I ask if you can kindly do it as delicately as possible (since I'm very sensitive), I'll start by saying that wherever I've gone they've always welcomed my request kindly, but this time a grumpy boy with a slightly arrogant look asks me : but when you go to a restaurant do you ask the chef to make you the best dish? I have never heard a more insignificant comparison than this one... leaving aside the fact that both when I entered and when I left he didn't even greet me, as is good manners to do... bring in more competent people if you want to get good feedback. I almost left!

Little clarity on the discount sent via text message. The price of the product I had to purchase with the discount had been increased in a short time. An unpleasant situation, almost mocking

Rudeness and incompetence. I went to the pharmacy to have a nasal swab performed on my minor daughter. They asked me for the girl's ID. I reminded them that only the Judicial Police has the power to verify the identity of citizens and, in any case, pro bono pacis, I showed my identity card as a parent exercising parental authority. Even this was not enough and, it is not clear for what reason, the young pharmacist in charge of the checkout even asked for a photo of the minor! I refused with disdain and, at this point, the young pharmacist arbitrarily refused to carry out the requested healthcare service.

Honestly, they are very professional, available and accommodating professionals. Ok!.
