I rate one star only because it is not possible to give zero. After requesting my product and telling the shop assistant that I would pay by card, she replies with a huff that she cannot accept €5 with a debit card, to which I politely reply that I would have gone to another pharmacy. Aggressively and extremely annoyed, he takes my product, babbling something about Meloni (yes, you understood correctly), I always calmly asked her to calm down, saying that after all, I hadn't even insisted on paying with a debit card, I had only said that I would go to another part. I start to leave after paying but she calls me back and contemptuously throws me my health card that I had forgotten on the counter. It goes without saying that neither I nor my family will ever return to this poorly managed pharmacy, but I advise the sales assistant to change jobs because a person who does not live well within himself certainly cannot interface positively with the customer.
