Very helpful. Easy access to CoVid testing for travel requirements and health inquiries. My Italian is very rudimentary and I wouldn’t even dream of engaging a pharmacist in the local language but staff speak English. CoVid test was half the cost of a the same test at Malpensa (MXP). Also consulted on another issue to help a travel companion.

Really bad. This morning I came in asking for two swabs for a colleague of mine, bringing the invoice made out to the company, they reimburse us. He made a fuss about making the invoice, he said: "too complicated", he just had to enter some data into the computer and print, when I came in he was doing nothing... Finally he decides to do it and a lady comes in, obviously leaving me halfway to follow her, even though I was there first. He touches me again, continues the invoice, prints and leaves without even saying goodbye, I had to tear up the ATM receipt myself. I asked him if I should tear it off myself and he said yes from the other side of the store. Truly a shame to be treated like this. I will never spend a euro in this pharmacy again to be treated like this.

For years our family has had the Emer Pharmacy as a point of reference even though we are not from Baveno, the WhatsApp service is very convenient and you can order what you need and when you come to pick up you are sure to have everything! The waiting times at the pharmacy are always very short, the pharmacists are competent and their herbal teas are the best I have ever purchased!

Very competent with particular attention to the customer. The toy department is supplied at honest prices. I really like following their Facebook page where they publish lots of curiosities and useful information.

Not being a local, I happened to be passing through during the holidays to buy an anti-inflammatory. Very professional and serious! They also gave me advice on the best painkillers for my back.
