The staff may also be very kind as I have read in various reviews but this is not enough, the staff lacks sensitivity. It is not possible for the result of a swab to be shouted out loud in the pharmacy when it is full of people. Maybe there is a little word called PRAIVASI.

Excellent pharmacy. I only went to do a quick swab. Even though I hadn't booked, as they didn't answer the phone (the only negative flaw), they did it for me anyway and quite quickly I had to wait no more than 10 minutes to be called to carry out the swab. And above all with no complaints from the doctor, something that has happened to me elsewhere.

Very knowledgeable, polite, super helpful and professional staff. Very competent and careful in galenic preparations. They solved a big problem for us... by offering us an alternative to a very unpleasant life-saving drug that my child has to take. Really very good. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Alberto and all the staff. Compliments. You really work with passion. And we will be forever grateful to you. Experience from a few years ago. The person at the counter didn't want to accept a prescription from me because the stamp was from a doctor he didn't know. I had it returned and had to go to another pharmacy where I was given the medicine.

Good morning, today like yesterday and other days I tried to call the pharmacy and it's busy for days and then at a certain point it comes back free and it's obvious that you put it busy if you then leave the phone receiver off the hook, hang up first and 'all the other pharmacies because a person who can't contact you when needed, I don't find it right or correct, beyond everything, I'm just saying that it's not possible for any pharmacy to respond by doing it on purpose to make you busy and it's not Right
